Hi :) I used to be part of a swim team but gave up a couple of years ago. I want to start again now, and I wanted to know if it is difficult to cope with school and training/competitions? I still train 3 to 5 times a week and it's already quite difficult to find spare time to do homework. Any advice?? :/
I found that the more training sessions I did and the tighter my schedule was, the easier it was to become organised. Swimming kind of forces you into a routine :-)
