States are the 10th of march. But times have to be in my Monday the 6th. A last chance meet would give me an extra week. Thanks!
First of all can I just say that taper is my favourite part about swimming!
Turns, seriously, I cannot stress that enough. Do alot of turn practice, ask your coach if they can help you out with that. I would also chuck in some dryland training (running, minor gym), but nothing too strenuous because you don’t want to overwork yourself before your meet. Good luck with your states! :-)
